Yummy, Healthy Breakfast Idea

Sadly, my kids have moved away from enjoying cooked grains for breakfast. My youngest is sometimes motivated enough to prepare overnight oats for herself. As much as possible, I prefer not to feed them processed cereals.

This recipe for homemade granola is quick and easy. I don’t generally add dried fruits because they are high in sugar. I do love to add dehydrated berries (Trader Joes is a great source) or cocoa nibs to shake up the flavor.
