It’s Chili Season Again!!!

I am a huge fan of vegetarian chili recipes. They are a great way to add loads of warming, nourishing veggies and plant-based protein and fiber. They are incredibly filling. They cook in 1 pot and serve with a bowl and just one utensil. LOVE!

For a little twist, try this chili recipe that uses butternut squash (though you can substitute sweet potatoes):
