Great app for tracking meals and exercise

Cronometer is a free app that allows you to track meals and snacks and physical activity so you can get a sense of your macros (carbs, proteins, fats) and micronutrient intake (you can figure out whether you’re getting enough calcium in your diet, for example). It’s an excellent tool for gaining knowledge about what you eat and how you move!
