A study published in JAMA Oncology gives hope to people who can’t or won’t exercise. If you put in short busts of “vigorous intermittent lifestyle physical activity” (like running up the stairs) with each burst up to 1 minute and total time commitment of JUST FOUR AND A HALF MINUTES a day, you can SUBSTANTIALLY REDUCE YOUR CANCER RISK! The study included more than 22,000 adults living in the UK and showed a cancer reduction by one fifth in those who made this small, sustainable committment to their health!
