Yummy 3 Ingredient Protein Balls

Literally 3 ingredients of yummy, vegan, paleo goodness:

1 cup almond butter (unsweetened)

1/3 cup coconut flour

1/3 cup liquid sweetener (maple syrup, honey, date syrup, monk fruit syrup, allulose)

Mix ingredients together and freeze for 15-20 minutes. Then form into small balls and freeze again for another 20-30 minutes to firm up.

Add on options:

Cocoa nibs, mini chocolate chips, chopped nuts for crunch, a sprinkle of cinnamon.
